RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Milk Boutique does not offer refunds. If you wish to return a full price item, you may return it to us within 14 days (2 weeks) after receiving your order for exchange or store credit only. Online returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of order and MUST include a Return Authorization code (see below). All sales after 14 days are final.
We ask that you ensure all items remain unused and are returned in their original package with all tags attached. Please note: ALL ACCESSORIES, SHOES, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email [email protected] to receive an Return Authorization code. This code is required for us to accept any returns/exchanges and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
